Thomas David Leonard Sr, age 70, of Cedar Falls, died Sunday, November 21, 2021 at MercyOne Cedar Falls Medical Center. He was born on December 8, 1950, in Wadena, Iowa, the son of Gilbert and Dorothy (Young) Leonard. Tom worked at John Deere in numerous roles, including the foundry and janitorial services. He is survived by his son, Joe Leonard of Fairfield, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his son, Dr. Thomas "TJ" David Leonard Jr. Private family services are being planned for a later date.
