Carolyn Sheehan Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Carolyn was born December 10, 1940, in Jesup, Iowa, the daughter of Cletus and Theresa (Wirtz) Kremer. She graduated from Hazelton High School. On June 16, 1962, she was united in marriage to John Sheehan in Independence, IA. He died June 10, 1995. She was employed at the St. Patrick Catholic Church Parish. Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Michaela (John) Demboski and their children, Josh and Jacob, all of Colorado Springs, CO; two sons, John (Michel) Sheehan and their children, Darby and Avery, all of Cedar Falls and Dan Sheehan of Cedar Falls; parents, Cletus and Theresa Kremer of Independence; brothers, Gene (Valerie) Kremer of Gardner, MT, Ken (Therese) Kremer of Cedar Falls, Larry Kremer of Delhi, Jerry Kremer of Marshalltown, Ron (Brenda) Kremer of Eldon, Ray (Denise) Kremer Waterloo, Roger (Connie) Kremer of Ottumwa; sisters, Pat (Dick) Struble of Beloit, KS, Janice (Barry) Skog of Burnsville, MN, Connie (Dennis) Balk of Macomb, IL and Norma (Jon) Jacobson of Cedar Rapids. Carolyn died Monday, December 13, 2004, at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home of cancer. She was also preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents; and a brother in infancy, LeRoy Kremer.
